Most procedures are undertaken on a flat-fee basis.
Any government and other applicable fees are clearly
indicated so that our clients understand the totality of
the costs associated with the work that has been
requested. For some very rare cases we do charge fees on
an hourly basis after discussion with the client.
Generally, full payment is due with the Legal
Representation Agreement (LRA) before any work can begin
since our fees are very minimal. However, there are
times when we receive a partial payment up front
depending on the type of legal matter we are handling.
For the convenience of our clients, we have the
facility to accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard and VISA payments. |
